August has come and gone. I think that most of us agreed that StarDust was a fun book to read. It was a nice breather after the last couple of deep thinkers we read. We all enjoyed watching the movie as well...it was too funny.This month's book is My Antonia by Willa Cather. Book club meeting time and place TBD. Happy Reading!

Hi I am Julia and I actually love reading more than most other things in life! I was always the one in English class who actually liked the required reading! Only in English though, not Biology, (that's boring!!) I am a busy mother of two boys (6 and 4) and I also love hiking, drawing, playing legos, playing video games, and I am learning to quilt. I really haven't had time to read much so I am enjoying the book club and read the books when I can. I picked "My Antonia" by Willa Cather for August because my little sister loved it and I want to read it so badly.
